Representative Napoleon Nelson and Congresswoman Madeline Dean are hosting an expungement clinic

To determine if you qualify for an expungement, and to register for the event, you can call 215-572-5210 for intake.

Residents of Southeastern PA can attend Representative Nelson’s free expungement clinic, co-hosted by Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office. People with criminal records within Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties can attend and have qualifying criminal records expunged. Interested residents must register beforehand to ensure they are seen.
