There is a $20 one time activation fee to receive the tablet and three years of free wifi.

You must be 18 years or older to apply.

The last 4 digits of your Social Security number and a valid photo ID are required.

To qualify please provide an approval letter for one of the following:

• Medicaid

• WIC

• SNAP Food Assistance

• SSI (not SSD)

• Native Reservation Members

• Section 8

• Free and Reduced Lunch

• Pell Grant (FED Sec 401)

• VA Pension Benefits
