Opioid Education & Narcan Response Training via Zoom (Council SEPA)

With the COVID 19 pandemic affecting many aspects of recovery supports and structures, it is important that families and professionals educate themselves about how to respond to an opiate overdose.

This training provides:

  • Basic understanding of how opioids work in the human body and cause a overdose

  • How to respond to an opioid overdose with Narcan

The training is designed to provide caregivers, community members, families and professionals a better understanding of how to identify and respond to an opioid overdose.

Information will be provided on how to obtain Narcan free of cost through the mail to Montgomery County residents.

Thursday, January 28th | 7PM-8PM | Zoom
